Yogurt: 1 Cup
Tomatoes: 3 Medium 8 pieces of each
Oil: 1 Cup
Chopped Garlic: 1.5 Tbsp
Chopped Ginger: 1.5 Tbsp
Green Chili Long 2 sliced
Hara Dhaniya (Cilantro) Chopped: 1 Bunch
Salt: 1 Tbsp or to taste
Red Chili whole: 12
Black Pepper: 1 Tsp
Clove: 12
Cinnamon : 4 of 1 inch
Black Cardamom: 3
Star Anise: 1 Crushed
Bay Leaves: 3
Coriander seeds: 1 Tbsp Roasted and crushed
White Cumin: 1 Tbsp Roasted and crushed
GARNISH
Green Chili Sliced, hara dhaniya chopped, thin Sliced ginger
