Rice Basmati: 1 Kg Extra long Grain.
Ghee/OIl: 1 Cup
Yogurt: 1Cup
Tomato: 300 gm
Yellow onion: 250 gm
Cilantro: 1/2 bunch
Green chili: 8 small
Ginger Paste: 3 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp
Spices for Qorma:
Salt: 1 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
Haldi: 1 Tea spoon
Basic Garam Masalah: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Ajwain: 1/2 tbsp ground
Jyfal powder: 1/4 tbsp
Javetri Powder: 1/4 tbsp
WHOLE SPICES:
Black pepper: 1 Tea spoon
Cloves: 10
Black Cardamom: 3
Green Cardamom: 10
Badian: 2
Cinnamon Stick 2 of 1 inch

Spices in Boiling Rice:
Salt: 3 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick: 4 of 2″
Black Cardamom: 3
Cloves: 8
FOR DUM:
Color: Yellow
GHEE/Oil: 1 cup
Kewdra Water: 5 tbsp
