  • Assalam alaikum, thank you for well researched and authentic recipes you channel has been famous for. Very good and proportionate Hyderabadi biryani masala recipe,but I feel that addition of patthar ke phool,(a type of fungus, moss) used in this masala recipe can be avoided as this has a very strong aroma of its own and its overpowering tendency to cover the delicate flavour of other expensive spices like cardamom,cinnamon,star anise etc., my humble opinion is try and make Hyderabadi biryani without patthar ke phool you being expert in this field will know the great difference it makes.

  • Assalam alaikum, janab aapki taqreeban har recipe Bohat tehqiq aur tajrube ka nichod hoti hai, Hyderabadi biryani ke masale ke baree mea eik baat hai ke isme jo patthar ka phool ka istemal hai ho meri zaati khayaal me na ho to behtar hai kyun ki patthar ke phool ki khusboo isqadar tej hoti hai ke uski jara si miqdar bhi Baqi saare masalon ke upar hawi ho jaati hai, haari ilaichi,lawang aur deegar garam masalon ki khusboo dub kar reh jati hai, meri ye mukhlisana rai hai ke ke eik baar patthar ke phool ke bina masala banakar biryani banay farq aap khud mehsoos karenge.
