Garlic Paste: 20 Tbsp or 1 1/4 Cups
Fried Onion: 500 gm
OIL: 10 Cups
Salt for Qorma: 15 Tbsp or to taste
Salt for wheat and daal chana: 5 tbsp
Salt for rice, barley, and dall maash & Masoor: 4 tbsp
Red chili powder: 16 Tbsp or to taste
Crushed Pepper: 12 Tbsp
Turmeric powder: 10 tbsp
Cumin Powder: 8 tbsp
Basic garam masala: 8 tbsp
Jyfal powder: 5 tsp
Javetri powder: 5 Tbsp
Green catdamom powder: 5 tsp
Pipli powder: 4 tsp
Kabab chini powder: 3 tsp
Curry leaves: 30
Long green chili: 10 sliced
Cilantro: 4 bunch chopped
