INGREDIENTS: Whole Maash(Urad)(Black Gram): 300 gm
Rajma (Light Red): 80 gm
White Rajma: 35 gm
Chana Daal: 30 gm
Ghee: 4 Tbsp
Butter (Unsalted) : 200 gm
Heavy Cream: 1 Cup
Sour Cream: 3 Tbsp
Onion Fine Chopped: 150 gm
Green chili long: 2
Fine Chopped Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Fine Chopped Ginger: 1 Tbsp
Galic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 Tbsp
Cilantro: 1 Bunch
Crushed Tomatoes: 2 cups
Salt: 1 Tsp for Daal + 1 Tsp for Masalah or To taste
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 Tsp
Basic Garam Masalah: 1/2 Tbsp
Roasted Crushed Coriander: 1 Tbsp
Roasted Crushed Cumin: 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
