INGREDIENTS: THREE PARTS (For each Style)
1) PHULKI INGREDIENTS Burns Road Style
BESAN (Gram Flour): 3 Cup
Green Chili Small: 5 thin sliced
Hara Dhaniya (Cilantro): 1 Cup fine Chopped
Yellow Onion: 150 Gm Very fine chopped
Salt:1 Tea Spoon or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 2 Tea Spoon or to taste
Crushed Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Whole Cumin Seeds: 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder: 1 Tbsp
Water: 1 to 1.25 Measuring Cup

2)YOGURT BATTER BURNS ROAD STYLE INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt: 1.25 Kg
Water: 1.5 Cup
Salt: 1 Tea Spoon or to taste
Red Chili: 1 Tea spoon or to taste
Crushed pepper: 1 Tbsp
Crushed Roasted Cumin: 1 Tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper: 1 Tea Spoon
Amchur Powder: 1/2 Tea spoon
Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp

3)BAGHAAR (Tadka) Burns Road style
Mustard Oil: 1/3 Measuring Cup
Whole Cumin: 1/2 Tbsp

HOME STYLE
1) PHULKI INGREDIENTS HOME STYLE
BESAN (Gram Flour): 1.5 Cup (Measuring Cup)
Green Chili Small: 3 thin sliced
Hara Dhaniya (Cilantro): 1/2 Cup fine Chopped
Yellow Onion: 75 Gm Very fine chopped
Salt:1/2 to 3/4 Tea Spoon or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 1 Tea Spoon or to taste
Crushed Pepper: 1/2 Tbsp
Whole Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
Water: 1/2 to 3/4 CUP (Measuring Cup)

2)YOGERT BATTER FOR HOME STYLE
Yogurt: 1/2 Kg
Water: 3/4 Cup
Salt: 1 Tea Spoon or to taste
Whole Red Chili: 8 or to taste
Whole Garlic Cloves with Skin: 10

3)BAGHAAR (Tadka) Home Style
Mustard Oil: 1/4 Measuring Cup
Whole Cumin: 1 Tea Spoon.
