RECIPE CARD: Tbsp: Table spoon, Tsp: Tea Spoon, Cup: 235 ml to 250 ml.
White Raw Chickpeas: 500 gm to soak and boil ( Soaked in 1 Tbsp Baking Powder and boiled with 1 tbsp Salt) OR Caned Chick Peas
White Botatoes: 5 Medium Size ( Boil and take skin Off) Then Boil Again with 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder and 1 Tbsp salt for 2 minutes.
Keep in water for 15 minutes then drain water. Then chop as shown in the video
Red Onion: 1 full size (Chopped)
Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya); 1 Bunch Chopped
Green Chili : large 1 sliced
Salt for chaat: to taste
Red Chili Powder for Chaat: To taste

Plump Tomatoes: 5 medium Chopped
Imli (Tamarind) Chutney: 1 Cup Imli paste with 1 Tsp salt & 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
