INGREDIENTS
Chicken with skin whole; Split in Half.
INGREDIENTS FOR RUBBING
Salt: 2 tbsp or to taste
Crushed Pepper: 3 Tbsp or to taste.
Crushed Black Pepper: 1.5 tbsp
Oil: 4 tbsp
Ginger Paste: 1.5 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1.5 Tbsp
Lemon Juice: 4 tbsp
SAJJI CHAAT MASALAH:
Salt: 3/4 to 1 tbsp
Amchur Powder: 1 Tbsp
Black salt Powder: 3/4 to 1 tbsp
Black pepper whole: 1/2 Tbsp
Black cardamom seed: 1/2 Tea spoon.
Cloves: 8
Ajwain: 1/2 Tea spoon
White Cumin seed: 1 tbsp
Coriander seed: 3/4 tbsp
Saunf whole: 1 Tbsp
Citric acid: 1/4 Tea spoon.
Heeng: 1/4 Tea spoon

  • Ginger garlic paste istemaal wala portion video mein to Nahi hai Kya Aap bhi Milana Bhol Gaye ya video editing mein Kat gaya aur kya ek bar aur video sajji pe karsakte is baar like authentic way just like in Pakistan I m Indian and very fascinating with that method bhai Aap esa karsake to bahot Acha rahega other wise I be trying but video hoti to help ho jati well thanks for this recipe shuqriya Assalam mu alaikum
