Whole cumin: 1/2 Tbsp
Dried Methi: 2 tbsp
MSG or Ajino Moto: 1/2 tbsp (OPTIONAL, Please see Health department’s Instructions before to use)
Salt: 3/4 tbsp or to taste
Red chili powder: 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Mirch: 1Tbsp
Turmeric(Haldi powder): 1 Tea Spoon
Basic Garam Masalah: 1/2 Tbsp
Jyfal Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Javetri Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Green Chili and Green Coriander leaves for garnishing.
