Garlic Paste: 1.5 Tbsp.
Ginger Paste: 2 Tbsp.
Red Chili Powder: 2 Tbsp. (To taste)
Salt: 1 Tbsp. (To Taste)
Crushed Pepper: 1 Tbsp.
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 Tea Spoon
Kabab Chini: 1 Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom Ground: 1 Tea Spoon
Roasted Cumin Powder Ground: 1 Tea spoon
Roasted Coriander Powder Ground: 1 Tea spoon
Black Pepper Ground: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Ground Ajwain: 1/2 Tea spoon

I made beef seekh kebab but the kebab breaks from seekh and crumbles. Also the marinaded mince became too wet. How to tackle these problems?

I added 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg and little more tenderizer and spice turned out great and soft
I tried but mine were very hard I used mutton keema added 1/2 tsp tenderizer also can u guide
