(Copyright Protected) INGREDIENTS: Meat (Mutton/Beef) with bones: 1 Kg, Yellow Potatoes: 400 to 450 gm peeled
Ghee/Oil: 1/2 to 3/4 cups.
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste: 1.5 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Yellow onion: 150 gm sliced
Kasoori Methi: 3tbsp
Curry Leaves: 6
Whole cumin: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 tbsp or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Mirch: 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Jyfal Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Javetri Powder: 1/4 Tea Spoon
Ajino-Moto (MSG): 1tbsp (OPTIONAL)

How come you are adding methi in aloo salan ? We dehli walas ( from Karachi ) dont put methi . What about the Aloo Salan we have at weddings thats cooked in daigs ? and haldi !!

Bhaijaan, please always mention that ginger garlic paste should not be cold i followed the recepie but ginger garlic paste was flying everywhere when added in hot oil. Otherwise end result was good, thanks!

salam bahi, i have a very important question please respond when you can, i have a big family and we cant not all eat in either 1 kg or 1.25 kg of meat friom this video or other videos. I was wondering if i want to increase the amount of the meat by double, do i also increase everything else like the masala, or ginger/garlic paste. by double please help me out in understanding this.
