#### Ingredients:

– 1Kg beef, cubed
– 3 tablespoons oil
– 4 onions, thinly sliced
– 3 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
– Salt to taste
– Handful of fresh mint leaves
– Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
– pepper corns
– fennel seeds
– cinnamon
– green chillies
– Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
– cardamom
– mint leaves
– garlic
– ginger

Instructions
1. Marinate the beef with chili powder, turmeric powder and salt for 30 mins
2. prepare the ground masala with below and keep it ready
– cinnamon
– green chillies
– Handful of fresh cilantro leaves
– cardamom
– mint leaves
– garlic
– ginger
– pepper corns
– fennel seeds
3. heat oil in a vessel and add the green chillies , then onions, cook the onions till brown
4. add the ground masala , saute untill raw smell goes
5. add beef and then tomatoes, cook for few mins then add masala water.Mix well with the masala.
6- Add enough water to cover the beef cubes. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the beef is tender. Alternatively, use a pressure cooker to shorten the cooking time.
7- Once the beef is tender, if you want a thicker consistency, you can add yogurt to the curry. Stir in the yogurt and let the curry simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes. This will help thicken the sauce and add a creamy texture to the curry.
8 – By incorporating yogurt into the curry, you’ll achieve a thicker consistency while also adding a creamy richness to the dish. Adjust the thickness according to your preference by adding more or less yogurt.

Enjoy this aromatic and flavorful dish on special occasions or any time you crave a delicious meal!
