ఆంధ్ర స్పెషల్ తాలింపు గోంగూర || SORRLE LEAFS FRY || Crazy Recipies || Madhuri

Description :

SORRLE LEAFS FRY, TALIMPU GONGURA || తాలింపు గోంగూర
Ingredients:
1) Sorrel leaves
2) Salt – 1spoon
3) Red chili powder – 2spoons
4) Turmeric powder – Pinch
5) Fenugreek Seeds Powder – Pinch
6) Oil – 5 spoons
7) Red chili’s – 2
8) Hinge – pinch
9) mustard seeds – 1spoon
Procedure:
1. Put a bowl on stove then add 5 spoons of oil, heat it well.
2. Now add mustard seeds , red chili’s, fenugreek seeds powder, and garlic cloves
fry it well.
3. Now add chopped onions, fry up to 2 min.
4. After that add Sorrel leaves, then add salt and turmeric powder mix it well.
5. Now put a water bowl on top of the bowl, then adjust to medium flame cook it up to 7 to 10min.
6. After 10min add red chili powder mix it well, cook it 2 more min.
7. Then serve to serving bowl, enjoy with rice and papad
