Ingredients :
1. Palak leaves – 2bunches
2. Red chilis – 10
3. Coriander seeds – 1spoon
4. Cumin seeds – 1/2spoon
5. Garlic Cloves -3
6. Olive Oil

Procedure:
1. Put a pan on the stove then add olive oil into the pan.
2. Heat the pan and oil well.
3. After that add coriander seeds and cumin seeds, fry it well.
4. Keep it inside, after that add Palak leaves fry it well.
5. After that keep the side and cool it well.
6. Now take one mixture jar, then add all the ingredients into the mixture jar grained like a smooth paste.
7. Tasty palak pachadi ready.

METHI OMLET

Ingredients :
1. Egg – 1
2. Methi leaves – 1 cup
3. Coriander leaves – 1cup
4. Coriander powder – 1/4spoon
5. Cumin Powder – 1/4 spoon
6. Masala red chili powder – 1spoon
7. Olive Oil – 2spoon
8. Chopped onions – 1cup

Procedure:
1. Take one bowl then break the egg into the bowl.
2. After that add Methil leaves, coriander leaves, coriander powder, Cumin powder, And masala red chili powder.
3. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Now put a pan on stove add olive oil, heat it well.
5. After that spread the egg batter into round shape.
6. Heat the omlet well in both sides.
7. Tasty methi omlet was ready enjoy with plak chutney.
