Tasty and healthy curry leafs rice || కరివేపాకురైస్
Ingredients:
1) Curry leafs – 1cup
2) Onion – 1
3) Green chili – 5
4) Bengal Gram – 1spoon
5) Black Gram – 1spoon
6) Cumin seeds – 1/2spoon
7) Salt- 1spoon
8) Coriander seeds – 1 spoon
9) Rice – 2cups
10) oil – 4spoons
11) Ghee – 4 spoons
12) Popu seeds – 1spoon
Procedure:
1. Put a pan on the stove then add ghee and oil, heat it well, then add black gram Bengal gram, cumin seeds and coriander seeds fry all the ingredients well.
2. After that add curry leafs fry it becomes crispy.
3. Now transfer into the mixture jar, grind it like smooth paste .
4. Put the same pan on the stove then add ghee and oil heat it well.
5. Then add the popu into the oil.
6. when it turns to golden brown color add chili and onion, fry it becomes soft.
7. After that add curry leafs paste, fry few more minutes.
8. Then add boiled rice mix all the ingredients well, and fry the rice 3more minutes.
9. Then add fried cashew nuts mix it well into the rice.
10. Serve with raita, taste was really excellent…
