How to make Sabudana Dosa || సగ్గుబియ్యం దోశ || #sabudanadosa || #dosa || Crazy Recipies || Madhuri

Ingredients:
1) Sabudana – 2cups
2) Rice – 4cups
3) Black Gram – 4spoons
4) salt – 2spoons
5) Water – Required
6) Fenugreek seeds – 1spoon
7) Oil – 5 spoons

Procedure:
1. Take a bowl then add 4 glasses of rice, 4spoons of Black gram then add 2liters of water into the rice and black gram, sock up to 4 hours.
2. Add 2 glasses of Sabudana into the bowl then add 1liter of water and sock up to 1 hour.
3. After that wash it well.
4. Then take one mixture jar add rice, black gram and sabudana grained like dosa batter.
5. Now rest the batter for minimum 2 hours.
6. Then add salt into the sabudana mix, mix it well.
7. Now put a dosa pan on stove, heat it well, then add sabudana mix on pan into the round shape.
9. Apply oil on top of the dosa, fry it well.
10. Then turns to another side then fry it well.
11. Then switch of the stove and serve out to serving plate.
12. Enjoying dosa with peanut chutney or coconut chutney.

The taste was really excellent
