Ingredients :
1. Curd – 1cup
2. Rice flour – 1cup
3. Salt – 1/2spoon
4. Baking Soda – 1/4spoon
5. Water – Required
6. Oil – 2sppons

Procedure:
1. Take one bowl then add rice flour and curd.
2. Mix it well.
3. After that add little by little water mix it well, like dosa batter.
4. Now Add salt and baking powder, again mix it well.
5. Now put a dosa pan on stove heat it well.
6. After that spread dosa batter in round shape.
7. Cook it for 2 min in medium flame.
8. Then apply oil on top of the dosa.
9. After that flip it to another side and cook 1 more min.
10. Tasty and instant curd dosa ready.
