Ingredients:
1) Idly Batter
2) Oil
Procedure:
1. Take idly batter and add taste for salt, after that mix the batter well.
2. Then heat the pan, and apply one and half spoon of oil on pan.
3. After heating the oil add one and half big spoon of idly batter on pan.
4. After one minute cover with lid on top of the pan.
5. After 2min check it once, when it turns to golden brown color turn to another side.
6. Keep it one more minute.
7. After that serve to plate with any chutney…..
