BARLEY DOSA బార్లి దోశ
INGREDIENTS:
1. Barley – 1cup
2. Black Gram – 1cup
3. Bengal Gram – 1/2cup
4. Fenugreek seeds – 1spoon
5. Brown Rice (or) white Rice – 3cups
6. Salt – for taste
7. Water – required
8. Oil
Procedure:
1. Take a bowl and then add Barley, Bengal gram, Black gram and fenugreek seeds.
2. Now Sock the ingredients up to 3 hours.
3. After take another bowl then add 3 cups of brown rice and sock 3 hours.
4. After 3hours wash it well.
5. Now take a mixture jar add All the ingredients into the jar, and grained like dosa batter.
6. After that sock for 3 to 4 hours.
7. Now add salt and water, mix it well.
8. Now put a pan on stove heat it well.
9. Take a big spoon of dosa batter spread like in round shape.
10. Apply some oil on top of the dosa.
11. After that turns to another side cook 2 more minutes.
12. Now serve to serving plate, enjoy with any chutney.
Taste was really excellent
