Hotel Style Peanut chutney || || Madhuri
Ingredients:
1) Peanuts – 1 cup
2) Roasted Chana dal – ½ cup
3) Oil – 4 spoons
4) Green chili – 8
5) Popu seeds – 1 spoon
6) Tamarind – 2 cloves
7) Garlic – 2 cloves
8) Water
9) Salt – ½ spoon
Procedure:
1. Heat the pan add 2spoons of oil, after heating the oil add peanuts, greenchilli and garlic cloves.
2. Fry all the ingredients when it turns to golden and brown color.
3. Wait for 5min to cool peanuts.
4. After that take one mixture jar add roasted peanuts, roasted Chana dal, greenchilii, salt, tamarind cloves, garlic cloves , salt and last add little bit of water grained like smooth paste.
5. Transfer the mixture into another bowl.
6. Now heat the pan add 2 spoons of oil, after heating the oil add popu seeds, fry it becomes golden brown color
7. Add popu into chutney, mix it well.
8. Hotel style peanut chutney was ready.
