ఎగ్ బజ్జి || Tasty Evening snack EGG BAJJI || anda bonda || Crazy Recipes || Madhuri

Ingredients :

1. Eggs – 2
2. Chickpea flour – 10spoons
3. Red chili powder – 1spoon
4. Salt – 1/2spoon
5. Coriander Powder – 1/4spoon
6. Cumin Powder – 1/4spoon
7. Black Salt – 1/4spoon
8. Chat Masala Powder – 1/4spoon
9. Garam Masala Powder – 1/4spoon
10. Lemon – 1
11. Oil – Deep Fry
12.Fresh Coriander – 1cup
13. Chopped Onions – 1cup

Procedure:
1. Boiled The eggs first, then take one bowl add Chickpea flour, Red chili powder, and Salt mix all the ingredients well.
2. Then add water little by little and mix batter like Mirchi bajji batter.
3. After that put a pan on stove add oil for deep fry, Heat it well.
4. Then cut the egg into 2 parts, After that dip into batter.
5. Drop the egg into heat oil carefully, Fry until it becomes Golden Colour.
6. Now cut the egg bajji into middle stuff with chopped onions.
7. After that sprinkle some chat masala, garam masala, black salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander and finally lemon juice.
8. Tasty egg Bajji was ready, it was best evening snack.
