2) Kiwi – 2
3) Banana – 2
4) Mixed Sprouts – 1cup
5) Honey – 3spoons
Procedure:
1. Take a bowl then add straw berries pieces , kiwi pieces, banana peaces and mixed sprouts mix all the ingredients well.
2. After that add honey for taste.
3.Again mix it well.
4. Eat daily for breakfast and dinner you must loss 2kgs in a month.
