IDLY KARAM PODI
Ingredients:
1. Bengal gram – 1cup
2. Black gram -1cup
3. Coriander seeds – 1cup
4. Cumin seeds – 1spoon
5. Oil – 2spoons
6. Rock salt – 1spoon
7. Tamarind – small ball
8. Curry leafs – 1cup
9. Red Chili’s – 20
Procedure:
1. Put a pan on the stove then add Bengal gram, black gram, and coriander seeds fry all the ingredients dry roast.
2. Now add cumin seeds, and fry one more minute.
3. Now keep it in side.
4. Then add 2 spoons oil in the same pan.
5. After heating the oil add red chili’s and curry leafs.
6. Fry it becomes crunchy and crisp.
7. Then take one mixture jar add all the fried ingredients into the jar grained like smooth powder.
8. Stored this powder into the air tight container up to 3 to 4 months.
9. Enjoy this powder into idly.
