STUFFED BRINJAL CURRY

Ingredients :
1. Brinjal – 1/4kg
2. Chopped onions – 1cup
3. Chopped green chili – 2
4. Red chili powder – 1spoon
5. Salt – 1spoon
6. Tamarind – 1clove
7. Jagery – small piece
8. Oil – 4spoons
9. Popu seeds – 1spoon
10. Water – required

Procedure:
1. take one mixture jar then add chopped onions, green chilis, red chili powder, salt, jagery and tamarind clove.
2. Mix all the ingredients like paste.
3. Now take brinjal cut it into middle, then stuff the paste.
4. Put a pressure cooker on stove then add oil, heat it well.
5. Add popu seeds fry it well.
6. After that add all stuffed brinjal.
7. Now add little bit of water mix it well.
8. Close the cooker, wait up to 4vessiles.
9. Tasty stuffed brinjal curry was ready, with in 5min.
