Taco bell's Beans Chalupa

My daughter loveeeee Taco Bell’s, Beans Chalupa. She can have it in the middle of the night too. You just name it and she will awake 😉
So with her request, I made this recipe for Chalupa lovers around the world.
Oil – 2 TBS
Crushed garlic – 3 cloves
Refried beans(non fat) – 1(14oz can)
Taco seasoning – 2 TBS
Crushed chili paper – 1 TSP
Thick small tortilla bread – As needed
Chopped and deseed tomatoes – 2
Chopped lettuce – 2 cups
Avocado chunks – From 1 avocado
Cheese blend – As needed
