Sukhadi/gud papdi – Indian energy bites from crazy4veggie.com
Description :
Sukhadi is popular among gujarati household and we make it specially in winter/diwali time. You can also call is gur papdi. Sukhadi give warmness, strength and stamina to your body. Eating 1-2 bites daily will keep you energetic for good amount of time. It is also really helpful to boost milk supply if you are nursing mother. Here I used masala, gond, coconut powder etc to make it more tasty and healthy but you can keep it simple by roasting flour and only adding jaggery to it. Here I am also mentioning some link of masala I used in this recipe if you are not familiar with those.
peepramul/ganthoda powder: Health benefits of Ganthoda powder and Vasanu

How long we can store it?
Very nicely explained recipe. Can you please share recipe of Methi na Ladva, which we eat before delivery of baby and of course postpartum to aid milk production. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Where is the ingredients list please!!!!
very good super I like it very much
Gud Papdi is really easy to make with few ingredients! There is unwanted usage of coconut, cream and other ingredients! Traditional Gujarati households will surely detest this recipe!
I've seen several recipes of this request and I just want to ask could you do a recipe on Bhara Kabab..I've seen recipes with chickpeas as well as all the green veg, it kind of reminds me of Falafel..Then others without..Then some using cornflour others using Maida..I'm so confused because I would like to make the real one lol..If there is such a thing!!! Since I've stopped eating meat I have been looking for a veg alternative to the Shami Kebab..Now obviously there is none but something equally as delicious and a good replacement..I think this might be it unless you know of something else 🙂
where are the measurements?
