Pineapple Ice cream sandwich – Famouse manekchowk,Ahmedabad dish

In my recent visit to India, I saw famous street vendor of manechowk, Ahmedabad making this yummy pineapple Ice cream sandwich which is simply out of heaven. I tried this 1st time there and and I am huge fan of this dish. But unfortunately google also unable to answer and find this recipe so guess what..I created this in my kitchen and I am more then satisfied with the out come so sharing this recipe with my viewers.
