Fall is all most here and I am ready heat me up by having hot bowl of soup. I made this Mexican harvest soup which was awesomely delicious. I had to make soup for potluck for 10 people and as these vegetables were resting happily in my refrigerator with some boiled leftover black beans then what else I needed. As I love Mexican food, I created Mexican flavor in my soup and we all were happy to have it 🙂

It was hilarious listening to you and you sounded so happy which was lovely..I've made this ages ago but it contains only beans and that is Mexico..Mexico is also the home of the chilli without Mexico India and the rest of the world would have no chilli and it would be a very sad place..There are loads of vegetarian soup recipes from Mexico and most are really hot but you can always tone it down..There are some with dark chocolate beans and chilli if you're game very hearty and a full meal..Just thought I'd mention this..Great video 🙂
