kem chho? Maja maa ne? Don’t be surprise. It’s just Gujarat fever ride on my heart after making these Bajri na rotla, another famous gujarati cuisine which goes so well with urad daal or stuffed eggplant and potatoes and the best combination with baingan ka bharatha. I used to have this rotla in winter season while I was in India and when we visited our village, my aunt used to make it on clay stove…wwwooowwwww…..I still have that typical taste which can never take place, doesn’t matter how much perfect rotla I have made. But as in USA, we only have regular stove so I am making on it on it’s turning out well too. Traditionally rotlas are cooked on a clay pan, but a regular nonstick pan works well too. Here I come with detail recipe of making it and I really hope that it will help.
