Chicken 65 got its unique name because of the chilies used in them. It was to denote that for every kilogram of chicken around 65 chilies were used. Spicy isn’t it? But with time the usage of spices varied with taste. People have variation in the chicken 65 dish as such hyderabadi chicken 65 recipe, chicken 65 recipe kerala style and one even tamilnadu style. But be whatever style it is super tasty. It is packed with such complex and amazing flavors that’s it’s a treat to our taste buds. So wondering how to cook our very desi Chicken 65 at home? Here is quick and super easy Chicken 65 recipe with the help of Ching’s secret Chicken 65 masala. So let’s begin.

Serves: 2people

Ingredients:
1. Boneless Chicken: 400gms
2. Ching’s secret chicken 65 masala: 1pkt
3. Smith & Jones Ginger-garlic paste: 3tbs
4. Egg: 1pc
5. Curry leaves: 7-8nos
6. Oil for deep frying

Method:

Step 1.
Marinating the chicken.

Wash the chicken pieces properly and keep in a bowl. Add 3tbs Ginger-garlic paste, ching’s chicken 65 masala, 1 egg, curry leaves and mix them well with the chicken so the chicken is marinated properly.
Now let the chicken rest for 10mins.

Step 2.
Frying the chicken.

In a medium kadhai, pour oil and turn the gas on and heat the oil well. Place the chicken pieces one by one and stir well. Fry them till they are golden brown.

Turn the gas off and take out the chicken pieces on a plate with tissue paper so the oil drains out.
Serve then hot with green chutney or dipping of your choice!

Note:
1. We have used ching’s secret chicken 65 masala as its packed with all the spices needed. So no different spices are needed.
2. Smith & Johns ginger-garlic paste is very good in taste and enhances the chicken taste to a new level.
3. The chicken needs to be deep fried so keep patience and avoid burning.
