Super refreshing: PAAN LASSI!
Ever since I had the taste of Paan lassi at the Mumbai airport I just fell in love with it. It was so light and super refreshing that I enjoyed having it and vowed to try and make it home. It is super easy to make trust me. Lassi is patent North Indian beverage that Punjabi’s have a copyright on, just kidding! But well yeah lassi and Punjabi’s go hand in hand. Well a glass of lassi has seen many experiments and some are just superb. One such is being the paan lassi. Have you wondered to try a unique lassi recipe or an easy party beneverage recipe well then paan lassi is your answer. I have shared a step by step lassi tutorial with paan and I am sure you will love it. No one likes to do too much work but one loves to impress others as well. So how about a simple lassi recipe with a twist to win over hearts? Well yes, so let’s begin and make this yummy lassi at home!

Serves: 2glasses
Ingredients:
1. Curd: 300gms
2. Paan leaf: 1pc
3. Sugar: 4tbs(powdered)
4. Ice cubes
Method:
Step 1: Blending everything
Now to prepare this super refreshing lassi we need blending jar. At first pour curd in it, well I have used the curd which I made at home, add paan leaf (I have shredded it into small pieces), powdered sugar and a few ice cubes. And now blend them in into a fine smoothie at least for 1min.
Step 2: Serving up
Now our Paan lassi is ready to be enjoyed. Pour it in two glasses and add put the froth of the smoothie on top of it as well. It tastes yummy, trust me! Add a little pistachio garnish and you are done.
Paan lassi’s taste is just amazing. Ever since I had it I just wanted to try and make it. It is super easy to make with just a few ingredients. The major attraction of Paan lassi is the light taste of Paan in the smoothie which is just amazing. As you may be familiar Paan has many health benefits as well so when you have unannounced guests at home, just prepare this and you will be the star chef.
Note:
1. The curd I used has been prepared by me at home, if you too would like to prepare then check out the video on my YouTube Channel.
2. I have grinded the sugar at first to make a powder so it dissolves nicely.
3. Serve up chilled to your guests with a little garnish and you are good!
