Salt as needed
Oil – 6 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Garlic Chopped – 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped – 2 tbsp
Green chilli slit – 2 nos
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies – 3 nos
Kashmiri chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seed powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 3 tbsp
asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 2 -3 tbsp {optional}
Asafotedia powder – 1 tsp
