Coriander Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Biriyani masala or garam masala – 2 tsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Maggi chicken cube – 1 no
Green chilli – 2 nos
Coriander leves – 1/4 cup
Mint leave – 2 -3 tbsp
Oil as needed
Ghee

Basmathi rice – 2 cups
Cardamom – 5 nos
Cloves – 5 nos
Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
