Ingredients
***************
Papaya – 1 small no
Salt as needed
Water
Thick Curd – 1 cup

To grind
**********
Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 2 -3 nos
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 2 pinches

For Tadka
***********
Coconut oil – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies

Preparation
*************

Peel the skin of Papaya . Discard the seeds inside. Cut into small pieces.
Cook Papaya along with water and Salt .
In a mixer jar, grind grated coconut, green chillies, mustard, and little water to make a smooth paste. Add little water to ground paste. Set aside.
When Papaya is cooked, add ground paste to it. Now lower the flame and cook for 3 – 4 minutes until raw smell of ground paste leaves.
When curry starts to boil, it will start to thicken Switch Off the stove . Now add curd and enough salt .
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Add curry leaves and dry red chillies. Turn off the stove.
Pour this over curry. Close the lid so that everything blends well.
