Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Thin coconut milk – 3 – 3 1/2 cups
Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
Tomato – 1
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
Ghee – 2 tsp
Shallots – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves, chopped – 1/4 cup
