Thank you for this video. You are a very good teacher. You are organized and don't hop around in the steps taken. You showed us what ingredients we needed. Then you showed us how to cut the vegetables. I liked that you showed cutting only one vegetable of each kind. We did not have to take time to watch you cut all the vegetables. I like how you told us what to do each step such as "when the onions change color". I will make this recipe as I live in the midwest USA and it is harvest for vegetables before the frost comes soon.
