Dry red chillies – 2 nos
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lime juice – juice of 1 lime
Salt as needed

Potato Roast

Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Crushed Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt As needed
