Learn how to make easy and delicious egg puffs using puff pastry
Here I have used store bought puff pastry to make the egg puffs.
The puff pastry is later filled with a cooked onion mixture, then topped with boiled egg. Pastry sheets are then folded with a rub of water so that the filling is packed inside perfectly.
Here I have also shown 3 ways to fold the puff pastry

Ingredients

Puff pastry squares – 10
Hard boiled eggs – 5
Onion, sliced – 1 to 1 1/2 cups
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curry leaf – 1 sprig
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Oil as needed
Egg – 1 (for egg wash )
