Curry leaves – as needed
Coriander powder – 2 ½ tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Thick coconut milk -1 cup
Thin coconut milk – 1 ½ to 2 cups
Coconut oil / or any oil of your choice – as needed
Salt – as needed
Coriander leaves (optional)
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
