onion – 1 medium
shallots – 20 nos
Garlic – 10 nos
Ginger – a small piece
Cambodge / Kudampuli – 2 small pieces
Tomato chopped – 1 medium
Green chilli – 2 nos
Coconut oil as needed
salt as needed
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 2 – 3 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
