Kashmiri chilli – 2 – 3 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Oil as needed

Fennel seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Cloves – 8
Cinnamon – 3 pieces (as shown)
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 3 tbsp
