Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
Cardamom – 3 nos
Cloves – 4 nos
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Dry red chillies – 2 nos
Cashew nuts – 2 -3 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion sliced – 1 medium
Green chilli slit – 3 -4 nos
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Carrot grated – 2 1/2 cups
Spring Onion – 2 -3 tbsp
Cooked rice – 4 -5 cups
Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves chopped
