Ingredients
Green gram/ Cherupayar – 1/4 cup
Raw rice – 1/4 cup
Urdu dal,/ uzunnu parippu – 1/4 cup
Broken wheat – 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds / uluva – 1 1/2 tsp
Water – 4 cups
Salt as needed
Shallots – 8 NOS
Garlic – 15 nos
Ginger – a small piece
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk – 2 -3 cups
Ghee – 1 tbsp
