Here is the recipe for 1/2 kg Christmas cake without using oven. It is an easy and tasty Christmas plum cake which is apt to serve along with Christmas wine

Ingredients

Black raisins, chopped – 2 tbsp
White Raisins, chopped – 2 tbsp
Cherries, chopped – 2 tbsp
Dates – 2 tbsp
Cashewnut – 2 tbsp
Tutti frutti – 4 tbsp
Orange juice – 1/2 cup

For Caramel syrup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Water – 1/4 cup

To grind mixed spices

Cardamom
Cinnamon stick
Cloves
Nutmeg

Maida – 1 cup (take away 1/2 tbsp of maida )
Cocoa powder – 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 2 nos
Oil or butter – 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
