Salt 40 GM for marinating mango cubes
Mustard seeds 2 TBSP
Dried kashmiri chillies 14 Nos
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 9 -10 cloves
Turmeric powder 1 TSP
Goan coconut vinegar 500 ML
Sugarcane Jaggery 1/4 KG
Curry leaves 5 -6 sprigs
Refined oil 5 – 6 TBSP
