Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 200 ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 10
Dried red chillies – 3
Mustard seeds – 2 tbsp
Refined oil – 2 tbsp
Onions (chopped) – 2
