How to Make Mohabbat Ka Sharbat (Soothing Fruit Juice) in Just 5 Minutes | Cooking Addiction Goa.

Mohabbat ka Sharbat is basically a mixture of full fat milk, powdered sugar, Roohafza and chopped watermelon pieces (Seedless). This summer cooler is quite popular street beverage in the capital city of India, Delhi (old). The street hawkers at the famous Jama Masjid in old Delhi make & sell it daily.

Ingredients & Quantity

Full Fat Milk – 1 Litre
Roohafza – 5 Tbsp
Sugar (Powdered) – 4 Tbsp
Water melon (cut into small dices) – 1 of the melon
Ice cubes – 10

Method,
1) Wash and cut the watermelon into half, then cut the half into slices and cut the fleshly portion. cut it into small dices and discard the seeds at the same time. transfer it into a small bowl.
2) In this recipe I’ve used amul full fat milk which is later boiled cooled and chilled.
3) Now take a bowl add the chilled milk in it, Roohafza and sugar stir well.
4) Add the watermelon pieces and ice cubes and mix well.
5) enjoy this refreshing drink in hot summer.
