Okra/Ladyfingers (Bhindi/Bhende) cut into 2 or 3 pieces – 14
Onions (Sliced) – 2
Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
Kokum – 8 – 10
Garlic (Roughly chopped) – 4 – 5 cloves
Dried red Chillies (Broken) – 2
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 3/4 tsp or as needed
Vegetable oil – 2 tsp
