Ingredients & Quantity

Galmo (Fresh Baby Shrimps) – 1 Cup
Onions (chopped) – 2 Nos.
Green chili (slitted)- 1 No
Dried raw mango rinds – 3-4 Nos
Coconut (freshly grated) – 1/4 Cup.
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/3 Cup

Method
1) Clean & Wash the Galmo (fresh Baby shrimp) and drain it.
2) Soak dried raw mango rinds in a bowl of hot water for 30 – 40 mins
3) Heat coconut oil in pan, add chopped onions, slited green chili, and sauté till onion turns light brown in color.
4) Add the fresh baby shrimps, salt, turmeric powder, soaked raw mango rinds, and freshly grated coconut, mix well. Add some water to prevent burning. Cover the pan cook for 5-10 mins on low to medium heat.
5) Open the lid and keep cooking for a few mins till most of the moisture dries out.
6) Serve hot with fish Thali
