Rava fried shevte is the best thing ever 😋

Ingredients

Shevte (Mullet fish) – 04 Nos
Kashmiri Red chili powder – 01 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 01 tbsp
Oil – 01 tbsp & 2 tbsp for shallow frying
Semolina (Rava) – 50 gms

Method

1) Clean the fish, wash it, and drain it.
2) Apply all ingredients mentioned for marinade. Set aside for 20 – 30 mins
3) Coat the fish with semolina.
4) Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish till light golden brown on both sides
5) Serve with fish curry rice
